Today we ventured out towards Finnieston to finally experience the greatness that is SIX BY NICO. This is not your regular restaurant with its seasonal menu, no, Six by Nico has a themed menu which lasts 6 weeks and is then gone and replaced with a completely new theme all over again! Fab, right?!
And we had the pleasure of trying ROUTE 66…

My favourite dish from the 6 course taster menu has got to be TEXAS, it tasted unreal. From the 24 hour barbecue brisket to the chilli bon bon there was nothing I could fault on the plate.
NEW MEXICO was my other half’s preferred dish. Being made up of a combination of everything he loves most all in one dish it was a clear winner for him.
Super excited to find out the next theme for the menu, I’m sure we will be back!!
