My second foodie blog post. And this one, once again, is all about Six By Nico…
I know what you’re thinking, a bit of a reoccurring theme here, but honestly I cannot fault the place! It’s fine dining at such an affordable price. The atmosphere is perfect. The service is top class. And the work put behind each change in menu theme is ingenious.
This visit the theme is Illusion. Which as my boyfriends mum described, has a very Heston Blumenthal vibe to it.
For an extra £25 each we also added the wine flight which is perfectly matched to compliment each dish.
I’m not going to lie, I struggled to keep up! Which is why when the accompaniment to course 4/6 was a beer I happily passed this over to my other half!

Great night with great company!
I cannot recommend this place enough! If anyone is visiting or lives in Glasgow Six By Nico is a must. It is, understandably, pretty popular so booking well in advance goes without saying.
Have you tried Six By Nico yet? Which theme has been your favourite so far?”

I love a good food post! Keep them up. I’ve never heard of this restaurant before but some of these meals look heavenly. I know I’d love the halloumi dish because I’m obsessed with halloumi, it’s just life. The duck also looks a mouth-watering kinda good.
