| Lifestyle | Sunday Night Routine

Hi my loves,

So a cozy wee pamper night post was needed as moving flat and training in a new job is a looootta work let me tell you! So finally I have a pretty chilled weekend. And actually my last quiet weekend for another month. So I though I would let you all in on how I unwind on a Sunday night before my busy week ahead.

So Sundays for me are usually quiet, whether its spent nursing a hangover or just having a well deserved break after a long week! I love nothing more than a super slow, calm relaxing day. And here are my current tips on how to unwind…

First it has to be with a bubble bath! Pop something on Netflix in the corner and chuck a few bath salts in the bath to help me unwind. I absolutely love the bath in my new flat its such a comfy shape and I’ve finally bought a bath tray to compliment it.

Next up is chucking on some comfy PJ’s and choosing a facemask. I’m super happy with my current facemask collection. I have plenty to choose from suited to any occasion. My new Sunday favourite is ASDA’s own Vitamin C Glow Boosting Gel Mask as it smells amazing! So fresh and fruity, its moisturising and you can just leave it on your skin to absorb. No hassle in having to remove it.

As its coming into the warmer months and my skin tone is baring on translucent, Sunday is also a day where I’m using Doves Summer Revived body lotion which has self tanners to try slowly build up some attempt at a glow.

I also like having a Sunday night to catch up on reading my favourite blogs. I’m currently on the lookout for more fitness bloggers to follow, so please hit me up with them if you know of any!

And that is my perfect Sunday Night Routine to unwind…

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday night?

Until Next Time,

Shona Marie xo

  1. That sounds like a lovely Sunday night! I love to have a bath on a Sunday too, I think it stems from when I was a child, I always had a bath on a Sunday! I like the sound of the Asda face mask too, I might have to give that a go.

    Thanks for sharing!
